This is important information;
1 – Type of Material (spare parts, textile, automotive, machinery, mining, metal, fabric, food, construction materials, etc.)
2 – Packaging type of the material (Parcel, Pallet, Big Bag, Roll, Case, Bag, Sack) and transport dimensions (width, length, height)
3 – Invoice cost of the material, date of loading, urgency of the cargo.
4 – Whether the material can be stacked or not.
5 – The loading address, loading customs and delivery address of the material, delivery customs must be given correctly.
6 – If the material has other properties (Adr & Imo), it must be specified.
Calculation Method in Latvian Partial ( Groupage ) Transport;
You can use the following calculation methods for your cargo that you will send (ship) to Latvia.
– Volume V = width x length x height for pallets, crates, parcels, sacks, big bags and similar loads
– Volume V = 3.14 x square of radius x height (pi number: 3.14 is constant) for Roll, Bond, Bundle, Boiler and cylindrical loads
